I “left” the real estate industry, only to be pulled back in….because something pissed me off.

I’m seeing every Tom, Dick and Harry that never sold become a Real Estate Social Media Coach, Guru, Swami–whatever the flavor of the month tells them to be.

Pisses me off.

Why?

Because they hadn’t generated 3 sales through social media before they started charging others to bask in their “expertise” (and they still haven’t). No names, please, but dudes.

I did $8,000,000+ through social media in real, live, closed real estate transactions. (2005-2007)

Not a lot, but I got out of the biz in late 2007 to open my own small business marketing firm.

Now, deal is this: I’m going to have an absolutely FREE, no-strings boot camp. You don’t have to do JACK to show up. No lists, nothin’. Just be there.

And I’m gonna teach EXACTLY how you can use Trulia, FaceBook & Twitter to get closings….How I raked in $65k+ in my first quarter from Facebook.

I’m not gonna tell you it’s easy. Simple, yes, but not easy. Nothing worthwhile ever is.

You’ll get handouts, the whole nine. Because most coaching is BS.

They shouldn’t be charging you a dollar for the mess they’re serving up.

It’s not gonna be one of those “sales-a-nars.” I don’t have an e-book to hawk. You’re not getting into a pitch-fest. All meat, moment one. An action plan for what’s next. You just show up, and you’ll get what you need.

Because I’m pissed. You should be, too.

Ha! I agree. ;) We sell blogs to real estate clients as well – what do you recommend we do differently? We’ve never sold real estate, but we’re helping our clients stay in better touch with their clients so they earn more referrals. Do you think our strategy is working? What would you recommend to improve it?
